About Me
A certified Personal Trainer based in Norwich with over three years experience in helping people get started in their journey, helping them enjoy fitness and getting the results they want.
After years of yo-yoing with my health and fitness, battling depression and anxiety and struggling with confidence a personal trainer helped me rediscover who I was and it was then I knew I had to leave my office job of 11 years to follow my passion of helping others. I understand the struggles of gym anxiety, that feeling of not knowing what you’re doing when you step in the gym and wanting results but not knowing where to start.

The Coaching Process
Book Your Consultation
We’ll grab a coffee, sit down and discuss your goals to see how I can help you. You’ll leave with actionable steps towards your goal even if you don’t take up personal training

Assess
Your first sessions will be nice and simple, we’ll be looking at your movement patterns whilst trialling an array of exercises to see what you can do and more importantly what you enjoy

Create a Personalised Action Plan
You’ll have a clear plan going forward for both our in person sessions and for you to do in your own time along with daily habits and nutritional guidance where needed.

Accountability & Support
Regular check-ins and tools to help you stay on track. You’re not just paying for your in person session, you’ll get support Sunday to Thursday when needed via WhatsApp

Where are sessions held?
Sessions are held at Complete Fitness in Norwich. Consultations are held at a coffee shop of your choosing!
How long do sessions last?
Sessions last up to 50 minutes but sometimes less based on the needs of the session.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?
There is a 24 hour notice period. Any sessions cancelled prior to this will be rescheduled.
Do I need to be fit before I start personal training?
Not at all! Personal training is for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning after a break, we’ll start at your pace and build from there.
What do I need to bring to a session?
Just wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and be ready to move!
